Chef Manager - Elstree School
 

Palmer and Howells working with Elstree School seek to appoint an experienced Chef Manager who has excellent cooking skills and can provide hotel standard food in a school environment.  The post offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, highly successful boarding and day school situated in beautiful grounds in rural West Berkshire.

You will need to be experienced in the day to day running of a catering service, cooking, managing a team, planning menus, ordering and organising functions as required. A good knowledge of kitchen safety management is required and competency in Word and Excel is also a prerequisite.
Experience of working in good quality hotels/restaurants
or bistro pubs would be highly desirable.

Must have a flexible nature and will be required to work some
early mornings, weekends and evenings.

Good Salary depending on Experience
